Food Sovereignty

To develop agro-ecological alternatives that will create self reliance by small-scale producers and fishers as Food Sovereignty can only be achieved through access to land, water, seeds, marine resources and forests.

Strategic Interventions
1. Promotion of self-sustainable livelihoods for small scale farmers and fishers.

2. Advocate and lobby for policies which govern farmer support programs to favour small scale farmers and fishers.

3. Put pressure on local governments to support localised food production systems.
